Currently seeking a driven Sales Manager to join an exciting and successful Sales & Marketing team in Central London.
You will be responsible for the implementation and delivery of the sales strategy through third party selling agents for private residential development sites.
You will ensure sales rates, revenue targets and profit margins are achieved within budget.
You will run the sales team that looks after schemes across London you will need to ensure that sales prices are maximised and sales rates maintained and ideally, improved upon.
You will have extensive team management experience and be able to motivate and develop the existing sales team and ensure the team’s sales objectives are met.
To be successful, you must be able to demonstrate experience managing sales agency staff in a profit-driven private development sales and marketing environment.
You will have recent experience of working for a developer and/or house builder on large scale privately led residential schemes in London. You will have built up an excellent contact base and reputation across London’s residential property agencies.
