I currently recruiting for a Manchester Developer who are looking for an office administrator for a 12month fixed term contract. They are looking for an individual who is energetic, enthusiastic and professional at the same time. Some one that will really take the values of the business on board and promote internally and externally.
They are looking for an office administrator who will assist with the administration for the Project Team, and will require a passion for first class delivery, implementing best practice and continuous improvement.
Key Duties / Responsibilities
With a flexible approach to supporting all company activities, preferably but not limited to:
Meeting and greeting visitors.
Answering, screening and forwarding incoming calls.
Booking meetings and parking, setting up meeting rooms and ensuring all refreshments and stationery are available.
Dealing with all incoming & outgoing post and accepting deliveries to the office.
Performing other clerical receptionist duties e.g. printing, scanning binding and filing various documents.
Ordering stationery and consumables for the kitchen/office.
Reporting any maintenance issues immediately.
General housekeeping to ensure the office area is always clean and presentable.
Typing up various documents including Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
Producing purchase invoices.
Managing Outlook calendars.
Establish and maintain an electronic document control system to meet the needs of the project and office-based teams.
Managing the requirements for document control on the project to ensure implementation and compliance.
Ensure the procedures are fully implemented in order to meet the requirements of the business.
Understand the archive periods for all types of documents, ensuring regular archiving.
Arranging printing and drawings as required (internal or external provider) and internal distribution.
