Main Purpose of the Role
The Project Manager will assist with the organisation and administration of all Blayze Vantage projects. Activities include liaison with key client stakeholders and supplier representatives; consultancy project management; interactions with supplier portals and systems; design and maintenance of internal processes, event coordination and administration; data entry and database management; assisting other functions as part of wider projects where required. This post is particularly suitable for an individual interested in the area of talent consultancy and developing their knowledge and experience around the area of human capital.
Support client relationships and act as first line support for all Blayze Vantage client stakeholders.
Design and implement project management systems that integrate multiple business processes and metrics
Manage the short and mid-term delivery of Blayze Vantage operations and systems
Work with the Head of Business Psychology and other consultants to coordinate workloads and manage delivery of projects to time and expectation.
Administer and manage all psychometric activities in line with the British Psychological Society (BPS) best practice ethical guidelines.
Coordinate, organise and administrate programmes and events as part of wider projects.
Collate, document and organise information to contribute to reporting for projects.
Undertake other duties as required and within the scope of the role.

Communicate on a daily basis with the Consulting Team and Head of Business Psychology.

Plan and organise own work in collaboration with the Head of Business Psychology and Consulting Team to meet agreed objectives.

Organise and develop the breadth of Blayze Vantage research and market insight activities.
Work flexibly and co-operatively as a member of the Blayze Vantage team, covering and supporting colleagues as required.
Carry out tasks that require the learning of new skills.
Qualifications and Training
A good honours degree (2:1 or above)
Prince 2 or equivalent qualification
Experience and Knowledge
At least one year of project management experience, preferably within a consultancy environment
Evidence of managing time and resources effectively to meet deadlines
Evidence of working in and contributing to a successful team
Evidence of advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Evidence of process and systems automation e.g. calendar systems, commercial reporting etc.
