A new and engaging opportunity has arisen with London’s leading residential developer to join their central London team to head the Customer Services Department, however, an understanding of the sales process is required.
Developing and implementing relevant Customer Service processes and procedures
Providing on-going customer relations support and becoming main contact for purchasers from exchange of contracts through to completion
Key supervision and allocation control for each property before legal completion.
Excellent communication skills – the successful candidate will be liaising with clients on a daily basis and will therefore need to be confident and client facing
Great presentation skills
Understanding of selling and appraising New build Residential products
Organised hands-on person
High standard of English grammar and spelling, and presentation of work
Clear speaking voice
Literate and numerate
Co-operative and helpful attitude
Should be familiar with area of business or have a strong New Homes background
Highly motivated and willing to travel internationally
