About the Role
About the Role:
We are seeking a Technical Coordinator to support the delivery of large-scale residential projects. This role is ideal for someone with experience in design coordination, project administration, and technical oversight within a developer environment. You will play a key role in ensuring projects run smoothly, supporting the Technical Manager and wider design teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in coordinating technical delivery across large-scale residential projects.

Support the Technical Manager in managing design teams and cross-disciplinary collaboration.

Prepare, review, and maintain technical documentation, drawings, and reports.

Ensure compliance with design standards, regulatory requirements, and project specifications.

Liaise with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to track progress and resolve technical issues.

Help maintain project schedules and ensure timely delivery of key milestones.
Required Skills & Experience:

Experience in technical coordination on large-scale residential developments.

Developer background.
-
Degree in Architecture, Structural, Civil Engineering, or equivalent.

Strong understanding of construction processes, design coordination, and regulatory requirements.

Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Effective communicator with strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
