About the Role

Senior Project Manager, Major Project £150m+

Main Contractor, Manchester

A Main Contractor is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee all construction management activity, as operational construction lead across the project lifecycle from Stage 4 onwards to deliver the project, a high density residential new build and commercial scheme successfully and PC delivery on time and within budget. Key elements of the role will involve client stakeholder management, responsibility to oversee pre-construction design procurement and build teams delivering the project through strong professional teams and supply chain.

This is an exciting project involving RC frame high rise construction up to 40 stories in height across multiple blocks, with an strong pipeline of future projects in Manchester.

We are looking for a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager with a strong track record of delivering residential high density new build projects within a Main Contractor environment.
