Senior Land Manager, Housebuilder
Northamptonshire, Buckinghamshire
A PLC housebuilding developer with strong investment and capital to finance deals is looking to identify a Senior Land Manager to cover the Northern Home Counties regions;
including Northamptonshire, Buckinghamshire and Bedfordshire regions to identify sites for private, mixed tenure communities.
The business is targeting strong business growth, hence the need to strengthen the land team with a Senior Land Manager with a strong track record of acquisitions and technical knowledge to manage a site from early stages, bid management, legals, and deal completion. This is a great opportunity to join a land hungry and ambitious business to buy immediate land for the next 5 year land bank.
Candidates would be working and experienced at a proven Senior Land Manager and/or above working in a Land Acquisition and Land Management role within a corporate PLC environment. Geographical knowledge of the Northern Home Counties patch is of strong interest and relevance to the role, and strong land owner/agency network to support new business opportunities.
