About the Role
Finance Director
Fast Growing, UK SME Real Estate Development organisation
North West, England
A £300m T/O Real Estate business is looking to appoint a Finance Director to their Senior Management team
to effectively drive and lead the Finance strategy and finance function of the business.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a business and become highly influential in its growth and success to develop real estate development schemes across major UK cities.
Responsibilities include but not limited too:
- Management of investment,
- Acquisitions and fundraising
- Developing financial strategy
- Reviewing, condensing and presenting business financial reports
- Monitoring the business’ financial plans
- Cash flow management
- Maintaining compliance
- Managing tax planning and accounting
- Maintaining stakeholder relations
- Exploration of new business opportunities to create growth
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- 5+ years' of experience in finance or accounting ideally within Real Estate or Construction
- CIMA or ACCA designation
- Strong communication and analytical skills
