Project Manager - Client Representative

A leading organisation that specialises in construction management consultancy within sports and leisure delivering high profile football stadiums and entertainment arenas is looking to identify a Senior/Project Manager to act as an on site client representative to monitor and manage on site activities and ensure successful delivery and performance of the project.
In this high profile expansion project which involves significant investment into hospitality and leisure as well as significant construction works; you will ensure the full construction cycle of the project from stage 4 onwards to practical completion across a 3 year programme within a live environment. You will be working in a large project environment, on a complex project with multiple stakeholders, overseeing main contractors delivering the works and working with the client side Design team, QS, EA to manage progress of design, identify any risk and troubleshoot problems to ensure effective performance of the project.
