About the Role
Our client, who are a leading residential developer are looking to recruit a Senior MEP Manager for their mid to high rise RC frame projects in central London.
You will have an impact on the design, coordination and layout of M&E services along with commissioning work and strategies. As well as regular progress meetings with your senior management team, you will liaise with energy consultants and be involved with commercial aspects such as cost planning and procurement. Other duties will involve sense checking contractors and having an overview of project reviews and commencement appraisals.
You will also be involved with sign offs on pre planning and design works, as well as expanding the existing supply chain of contractors. The selected candidate will have a proven track record as a Senior MEP Manager, overseeing several RC frame residential developments, ideally coming from a Main Contracting or Residential development background. Our client has a solid pipeline of future developments and provide first class opportunities of progression.
