About the Role
A leading real estate advisory firm is seeking to appoint a Non-Executive Director to support the Main Board and Senior Leadership Team in delivering the organisation’s medium-term growth strategy.
While broad senior leadership experience is essential, candidates with strong expertise in financial strategy and capital structuring will be particularly attractive. Key areas of experience include:
Strategic & Commercial Insight

Proven track record of supporting business growth ambitions

Ability to drive enterprise value while balancing investment and profitability

Strong commercial judgement and decision-making capability
Financial & Investment Expertise

Deep understanding of funding mechanisms, especially private equity

Strong commercial awareness of financing arrangements

Experience in capital structure optimisation and financing strategies
Organisational & Structural Knowledge

Background in organisational restructuring

Familiarity with LLP and broader corporate structures
Governance & Risk Management

Knowledge of corporate governance frameworks and regulatory compliance

Experience overseeing risk management processes
The role requires a commitment of approximately 16–20 days per year and will be offered as an initial two-year appointment.
