Regional Quality Assurance Manager
📍 London & South East (multi-site) 💰 £75,000 – £90,000 + package
The Opportunity
We’re working with a leading, design-led residential developer (part of a highly regarded UK group) to appoint a Regional Quality Assurance Manager.
This is a key leadership role, supporting multiple live projects to ensure homes are delivered safely, compliantly, and to the highest possible standards. You’ll work closely with senior construction leadership and project teams, influencing quality culture, driving best practice, and ensuring full compliance with the Quality Management System.
The Role
You’ll take ownership of quality assurance across a regional portfolio of residential schemes, acting as the key link between site teams and senior leadership.
Key responsibilities include:
- Implementing and driving compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS) across projects
- Leading quality audits, inspections and reviews (including fire safety, façade, and building safety)
- Ensuring hold points, inspections and life safety records are completed accurately
- Supporting project teams to improve design, procurement and construction processes
- Producing detailed reports and driving continuous improvement initiatives
- Leading Quality Champion meetings and sharing best practice across the region
- Coaching and supporting teams to embed a right first-time culture
- Acting as a key advisor to the Construction Director and deputising where required.
About You
We’re looking for someone who combines strong technical knowledge with the ability to influence and lead.
You will ideally have:
- Proven experience in a quality, build or technical role within residential construction
- Strong understanding of building regulations, fire safety, façade and compliance
- Experience working across multi-site residential developments
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive behavioural change
- A proactive, solutions-led approach to quality and process improvement
Qualifications (preferred):
- Construction or Engineering qualification (Degree / HNC / NVQ Level 6) SMSTS / CSCS
- Membership of the Chartered Quality Institute (CQI)
- Internal auditing or quality-related certifications
Salary & Package
- £75,000 – £90,000 basic salary
