Property Developer, Residential Housing and Regeneration 

Kent, South East region 

A highly reputable property developer in the South East is looking to appoint a Development Manager to join an established Development team to support on two flagship JV schemes in the Kent region. The regeneration schemes involve a mixed tenure of housing, PRS up to 1,000 units. 

In this role, reporting into a Development Director, you will have the opportunity to gain cradle to grave exposure acrosss the full development cycle on housing and regeneration schemes. 

You will have the opportunity to work on two interesting schemes that are both up to 1,000 units managing them through the development process, feasibility, design, planning and construction. 

This is a great platform for candidates with development experience either in a Land and Development consultancy role, development surveying or project management with the ability to demonstrate knowledge of the residential housing market and delivered schemes for a housebuilder, RSL or development consultancy.
