About the Role
Senior Land Manager - Leading Property Developer
London focused acquisitons & residential development
A Real estate development and investment business with an international presence is looking to appoint a Senior Land Manager with Central London land acquisition expertise and experience to identify new opportunities within the residential development.
The Purpose of this role is to drive forward and secure a strong development pipeline within London and establish their reputation within the London and UK development market as a Leading Residential Property Developer.
About You:
- You will have a background working within property development for a Property Developer, Housebuilder, Agency.
- Work in a similar land acquisition or land investment focused role.
- You would be able to demonstrate a strong track record of acquistions within the London market of sites with purpose for Residential development.
- Strong understanding of Build to sale market
- A strong network of contacts to source new opportunities
- Ability to be hands on to manage feasibilities and analysis of sites, and work independantly through the bid process to successful deal completion.
