Senior Technical Coordinator

Blayze Group are currently working with a leading Residential Developer who are seeking a Senior Technical Coordinator to join their business to work on an exciting development in West London.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working for a residential developer or a main contractor, in a Design Manager / Senior Technical Coordinator / Technical Coordinator working on low-, mid- or high-rise RC Frame projects, with RIBA stage 3 and onwards experience preferred.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO…

• Appointment and management of external consultants.
• Ability to review drawings and identify buildability and technical issues.
• Project and process management.
• Problem solving and decision making.
• Working in coordination with the Build, Commercial and Customer Care departments.
• Effective communication with all levels of management and project teams, both internal and external to the Company.
• Ability to coach and train junior and new team members in technical processes and procedures.
• Passionate about customer satisfaction, house building and construction, with a focus on high standards and excellence.
• Knowledge and understanding of regeneration in mixed tenure developments.
• Written and verbal communication skills.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Previous demonstrable experience working for a Residential Developer or Main Contractor.
• RIBA Stage 1-7 experience – ideally from Stage 3 upwards.
• Excellent written and verbal skills.
• Good knowledge of construction methods and materials.
• Be able to work effectively in a team.
• Good level of communication skills, with the necessity to liaise with internal staff and external bodies.
• Be practical and methodical with good analytical skills.

PAckage is as follows:

• Salary up to £70,000 (DOE)
