Mixed use Town Centre Regeneration project
A reward winning and highly reputable SME Project Management Consultancy is looking to appoint a Senior Project Manager to proactively lead on a exciting town centre mixed use regeneration scheme within Greater Manchester, who can make a key contribution to a high vaue and complex project.
The business specialises in project and programme management services across various sectors including Residential, Commercial Grade A office, Mixed USe, Industrial & Logistics and Sports Leisure sector; they take pride as a company emphaising intelligent, value-driven service and long-term client relationships with higly regarded and high profile clientele.
The Project requires intricate management of logistics, design and stakeholder management. You will manage and execute the client brief successfully, conducting feasbility studies and oversee project finances through the lifecyle of the project.
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager who is ethusiastic to take on a complex and interesting project of scale. You may have a background in multi-displinary consultancy in a Project Management role and can demonstrate a strong track record of leading on projects of £50m+ with first class professional teams.
