Senior Commercial Manager - SME Main Contractor 

New Build Construction, Residential and Commercial 

A fast Growing SME Main Contractor with a reputable client portfolio of residential, PBSA and commercial projects is looking to appoint a Senior Commercial Manager to join their Leadership and Senior Management team to support the delivery of their current project pipeline that feature schemes valued from £20-£50m as well support the future growth of the business in the North West region. 

In this role, you will hold overall responsibility for the commercial team as well as be a key member of the Senior Management team. As Senior Commercial Manager you will ensure the successful delivery of their projects through its construction lifecycle from early stage feasibility and design, through key construction milestones to PC and financial close. You will lead on design, procurement, stakeholder and subcontractor relationship, account management, project and cost management and associated reporting, as well as maximise commercial gains and manage risk of the projects. You will be involved in the strategic growth of the company in the North West region supporting other members of Senior Management in bid/tender submissions and other business development related activities.
