About the Role
Senior Quantity Surveyor – East London – Major Residential Development
A leading residential developer is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to take on the role of Commercial Lead for a flagship East London development.
The successful candidate must have a proven track record operating as a Commercial Lead or Senior Quantity Surveyor on large-scale RC frame residential schemes, with demonstrable cradle-to-grave experience from pre-construction through to final account.
This project consists of two high-rise RC frame towers, delivering approximately 350 residential units over a three-year build programme. With the scheme at an early stage, this is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering a major development from the ground up.
Key responsibilities include:
Full commercial oversight of the project Procurement and subcontractor management Cost planning and reporting Valuations, variations, and final accounts Leading commercial meetings and reporting to senior stakeholders
What’s on offer:
Basic salary up to £90,000 Travel allowance circa £5,000 Performance-related bonus Private healthcare Pension scheme 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
