- Prepare and manage consultant appointments and ensure contractual compliance
Project Delivery & Financial Reporting
- Track project expenditure and produce regular cost reports
- Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, and internal stakeholders
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and commercial governance
- Support final account agreement and project close-out

- Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline (RICS accreditation desirable)
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in a QS role
- Background in internal fit-out projects (hospitality, retail, commercial, residential or mixed-use)
- Strong experience in cost planning, cashflow forecasting, and procurement
- Working knowledge of JCT contracts and package management
- Proficient with cost management systems and advanced Excel skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Commercially astute with excellent attention to detail
Personal Attributes
- Able to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Proactive and solutions-focused
- Collaborative team player
- Strong work ethic and commitment to delivery
What’s On Offer
- Salary up to £90,000
- Performance bonus
- Private healthcare
- Pension scheme
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays
- Client-side role with broad project exposure
- Growing development pipeline offering long-term opportunity
This role would suit a commercially strong QS who enjoys being close to the client side, influencing decisions early, and working across multiple high-quality developments rather than being tied to a single site.
