About the Role

🚧 Development Manager – Surrey💷 Up to £75,000 (DOE) + £6,500 Car Allowance + Bonus + Package

We’re partnering with one of the UK’s leading residential developers who are expanding their Surrey development team and are now looking to appoint a Development Manager.

Based at their Surrey office, you’ll take responsibility for a portfolio of low-rise housing and apartment schemes, working across both front-end feasibility and live project delivery.

Key schemes include a flagship 1,500-home development (with PRS, commercial and retirement living elements), alongside projects 4 other projects in the Surrey region, so own transport is essential.

🔑 Key experience sought: • Housebuilder / residential developer background • Strong financial appraisal and commercial capability • Experience with legal documentation & developer agreements • Comfortable working across feasibility through to delivery
