Progress Through The Ranks

Associate Consultant
As a Blayze Associate Consultant, you will be fully candidate focused and responsible for the attraction, selection and engagement of candidates. You will work alongside an experienced Consultant to develop your market expertise.
Consultant
You will have responsibility for the attraction and matching of candidates to your own clients. Through our 360 development programmes you will learn various sales tactics to target companies and win new business.
Senior Consultant
Join us as an experienced specialist within your chosen market. You will mentor other Consultants within the business whilst maintaining, developing and managing a portfolio of clients.
Associate Director
Join us as an Associate Director and you will need to demonstrate a high level of ability in developing strategic, long-term client relationship and be well known within the market. You will have the opportunity to manage our Business Managers across each business niche.
Business Manager
As a Business Manager, you will manage and lead a team of up to three. You will help us to communicate our company goals, motivate team members and ultimately help drive sales.
Principal Consultant
Now a senior member of the Blayze Group team and a consistently high biller, we will put you through ongoing Leadership training to develop your skills further.
