Do you want to work for a global Building Consultancy based in Leeds? I am looking for a motivated and hard-working secretary to join a team of 20 just outside the centre of Leeds. They are a sociable and friendly business and have two huge social events each year, payday drinks and quarterly lunches. They are ideally seeking somebody with professional services experience. You will be given a laptop on your first day to be able to support the team as best as possible.
The Team Secretary will have the following responsibilities:
Diary Management for the team.
Arranging travel for the team when required.
Producing accurate reports, letters and other documents in accordance with standard formats, meeting any agreed deadlines.
Accurate and up to date filing of correspondence and other documentation.
Processing expense claims for Surveyors.
Following all departmental procedures including Health & Safety support.
Other ad-hoc secretarial and administration responsibilities such as answering the phone and passing on messages.
Working within a team and assisting other members of the secretarial team to ensure efficiency of the department is kept to a maximum.
Audio and Copy typing when required.
You will need the following:
Previous Secretarial experience ideally within Professional Services.
4 years plus experience.
Audio and Copy typing experience.
Fantastic knowledge of Microsoft packages.
