A new opportunity has arisen to join my client as a Team Administrator/ Secretary on a permanent basis at their offices in Manchester city centre.
The main objective of this role is to work as part of the admin function, working alongside the Office Manager to provide a high quality administrative service to the team of Directors, surveyors and project managers.
The main responsibilities of the Team administrator/ Secretary will include:
copy typing of standard and non-standard correspondence including reports, letters etc.
audio typing of digital dictation
formatting and checking documents ensuring they are in compliance with company brand
managing relevant teams diaries and booking travel and accommodation when required
administration of invoices including checking that all details are correct and tracking all information internally
helping to edit and create official company documents for clients and external parties
support the office manager to ensure the office runs smoothly in terms of stationary orders, taking and passing accurate messages, preparation of meeting rooms etc.
managing and reconciling all expense forms and receipts for the team and forwarding it to the finance team
acting as the point of contact for the finance team in terms of invoice queries
The ideal Team administrator/ Secretary should have the following skills/ attributes:
intermediate to advanced use of Microsoft Office package including Outlook, Word, Excel
audio/copy typing experience
prior secretarial experience ideally within building or property
