Role: Site Administrator Industry: Construction Location: Mill Hill East Salary: £22 – £25k
Responsibilities: * Answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls * Minute takings of weekley and monthly meetings * Cover receptionist duties when needed * Book meeting rooms and ensure the meeting rooms are clean and tidy * General clerical duties including photocopying, fax and mailing * Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system * Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails * Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for the team * Prepare agendas and schedules for meetings * Record, compile, transcribe and distribute minutes * Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence * Coordinate maintenance of office equipment * Coordinate and maintain records for staff, telephones, parking and petty cash * Prepare monthly reports * Produce up to date telephone lists
Person Specification: * Construction background essential * Minute taking is essential * Administrative qualification would be desirable * Experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office packages is essential.
