My client is a leading international real estate service provider and they are looking for a seasoned Building Manager to manage one of their Grade A, Landmark Properties, in a Senior Building Manager/General Management position. The building is based in West London and it is the largest development in the vicinity in the past 25 years.
The business currently holds 4,000 employees, globally and a revenue of €704 million. They pride themselves on employee satisfaction which is shown by their high retention rate within the business.
This is an opportunity to take responsibility for managing the delivery of a high quality and compliant service. You will manage all elements of service charges and budgets, client and tenant liaison, staff and contractor management, liaise and engage with Property Managers along with other key responsibilities.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a large commercial building and Service Charge in excess of £1m. You will need to have experience in liaising and maintaining relationships with clients, tenants and in-house Property Managers. BIFM membership and NEBOSH qualification is a necessity, degree qualification is desirable.
