Spitfire Bespoke Homes is looking to recruit and provide training for you to become a professional Sales Consultant through a structured sales programme. Once you have completed your initial training you will go on to sell some of the West Midlands, Warwickshire, Bristol and Cheltenham’s most bespoke new homes. Although no previous sales or property experience is necessary, you must have the right attitude and be passionate on wanting to deliver an excellent sales and customer experience. As a Sales Consultant you will assist our customers to identify and purchase a new home and ensure they receive an excellent service throughout the process. You will specifically undertake the following:
* Manage the sales process and negotiations with customers * Implement Spitfire Bespoke Homes drive to deliver excellent customer service by consistently exceeding customer expectations * Dealing with a varied customer base in a polite and professional manner * Working 5 out of 7 days with 3 weekends per month
To be successful you will need to demonstrate the following skills:
*Strong customer facing and communication skills
* Professional manner with a resilient nature
* Target driven with good negotiating skills * Able to work on own initiative
