The Sales and Marketing Director requires a Sales and Marketing Coordinator to support the Sales and Marketing Team with all administration tasks. You will also provide PA support to the Director and as well as helping to progress the sales.
This role is extremely varied and will be challenging yet rewarding.
Attend Monthly Managers meeting on behalf of Sales and Marketing department and take minutes
Co-ordinate weekly site visits and maintenance reports for audit with sales team
Raise Purchase Orders
Monitor, organise and keep track of invoices, money left in budget etc.
Training and inductions of new staff
Attend UK events and coordinate caterers
Research and prepare spreadsheets providing comparable evidence on competitor’s schemes
Process sales reservation paperwork and file scans within digital folders
Update the sales master accordingly with purchaser/ sales information
Process sales paperwork collation for the conveyancing manager
Maintain digital folders when sales are superseded so clear paperwork is to hand for audit
Prepare reports for Sales and Marketing meetings
Liaise with agents to ensure all reservation paperwork and AML documentation is received
Progress sales to exchange of contracts
PA duties to Sales and Marketing Director:
Organise travel including overseas travel
Presentation of show apartments, visit stock plots once a week for inspection
Preparing plot details, floor plan, account for purchaser
Liaise with technical team to create a database of all materials and suppliers needed for maintaining marketing suite and ensure marketing suite folder is up to date
Attend weekly sales meeting to be up to speed on any marketing suite activity and events
