I’m working with an exceptional Design and Build fit out firm, who’re looking to increase numbers in 2019.
The client designs, supplies and installs inspiring, engaging interiors for private schools and commercial spaces.
The perfect candidate will be able to run multiple jobs, have at least 5 years experience in Project Management within fit out, and have trades contacts in the area of work.

The client are looking for site based PMs in South East, London, Midlands and East of England to manage interior refurbishment projects in the respective region during the period May-September. 4-6 weeks prior to commencement on site this would be an office based role, either from the office in Houghton Regis or from a home office, and once works commence on site we would expect this to be a site-based role and to then include site management requirements. The projects would range between £50K – £300K and quantity of sites to manage would likely be more than 3, depending on size and location. Project scope could include internal structural/building works, joinery, suspended ceilings, AC, M&E.
Own database of trades who cover the region including;
Electricians/ Data Installers
Previous experience using project management software
Previous experience creating/ reviewing/ approving site specific RAMS
Demonstratable task and email management system in use
5 years in a previous project management role
Previous experience with interior refurbishment projects
