We are currently recruiting on behalf of one of the UK’s leading property developers for a New Homes Sales Manager that has had previous experience selling new homes for a developer or through a new homes estate agency.
The Responsibilities of a New Homes Sales Manager:
Leading sales team and overseeing the full sales process from pre-launch sales to completion working to and exceeding sales targets as determined by the company forecast.
Providing market insight and conditions and report meaningful findings to the Sales Director.
Marketing and advertising strategy including planning launch events and attending regular meetings for implementation of strategy.
Establishing relationships and liaising on a regular basis with a network of local and instructed agents.
Providing and constantly reviewing pricing strategy.
Setting up weekly site meetings to discuss build programme, presentation of site and other build related issues.
Reporting on all sales-related activity and feeding back to the Sales Director.
Arranging the staff rota and arranging temporary cover whenever necessary.
The ideal New Homes Sales Manager should:
