This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading London developer as International Sales Manager covering multiple high-end schemes in Central and West London.
You will be responsible for sales launches in the UK, on an International basis and be responsible for managing a direct team and UK/International agents. You will be responsible for selling to a combination of owner-occupiers and investors.
You will oversee the sales department in exchanging on residential contracts, leading and coordinating sales and marketing strategy to maximize value proposition. Liaising with the development team in finalizing layouts, specification and pricing analysis for development. Managing key performance sales reporting to the Board. Liaison with external agents and introducers on key promotional events.
You will have previous sales management experience with a developer or agent and are looking for an opportunity to develop your career.
