The key responsibilities of the HR Administrator will include but not be limited to the following:
Onboarding and assist with induction of new starters
Carry out administration of recruitment process; organise recruitment timetable, post adverts, log CVs and ensure all necessary employment checks have been made
Preparation of contracts, offer letters and process all pre-employment checks
Administration of probation process updating managers when reviews need to take place
Administration of payroll instructions in time for monthly payroll run including new starters, leavers, staff benefits etc.
Responsible for maintaining HR database ensuring it accurately reflects current staff conditions
All admin in regards to leavers, calculate outstanding annual leave and arranging exit interviews to be conducted by HR manager
Responding to reference requests for current or ex-members of staff
Form close working relationships with department managers to share best practice and maximise the benefits of the HR function
