My client is a leader in the Commercial Real Estate industry, they are looking for a highly experienced Building Manager to manage a Grade A, Landmark property. This is an opportunity to take on more responsibility in a General Manager position. The building is based in West London and it is a brand new development which includes offices and roof terraces, retail and restaurant space and a Plaza.
The business currently holds 4,000 employees globally and a revenue of €704 million. They pride themselves on employee satisfaction which is shown by their high retention rate within the business. You will belong to a large, highly established corporation which still manages to maintain a close-knit, team ethos.
This is an opportunity to take responsibility for managing the delivery of a high quality and compliant service. You will manage the teams Assistant Building Managers, and Facilities Coordinators. you will also take responsibility for all elements of service charges and budgets, client and tenant liaison, staff and contractor management, liaise and engage with Property Managers along with other key responsibilities.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a large commercial building and Service Charge in excess of £1m. You will need to have experience in liaising and maintaining relationships with clients, tenants and in-house Property Managers. You will need relevant Health & Safety qualifications and Memberships.
