An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Credit Controller to join and support a highly reputable and professional Real Estate Consultancy in Central Manchester. The role is to support the Senior Management team to maximise the sales stream income and minimise outstanding debt for professional services provided. The successful candidate would have experience in Credit control, have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ideally, candidates with relevant sector experience working for a Real Estate consultancy and can demonstrate a strong discipline and structure of procedures to manage credit control for the business.
Your role would entail, the following:
Be proactive in contacting clients for prompt collection or resolution of aged receivables.
To drive cash flow by strong management of the client portfolio and maintaining positive relationships with clients externally.
Resolve customer receivable isses and disputes.
Put in place a robust procedure to organise and prioritise management of credit control and time frames to communicate and highlight collections.
Experience and proficient use accountancy software Sage.
Excellent and professional telephone manner.
