We have been instructed by one of Britain’s Largest Property Companies on their ever-growing investment portfolio to hire a Commercial Property Manager in an autonomous role covering office, industrial and retail assets; working on a national portfolio.
Your role will see you working in a team of 5, reporting into the Head of Commercial Management responsible for your own commercial portfolio with around 20% asset management and the remainder a mixture of day to day management, surrenders, alterations, rent reviews, lease renewals, lettings and rent collection. You will be expected to inspect properties, collect rent, draft service charge budgets and negotiate lettings while dealing with tenants and advising on asset enhancing strategies for the portfolio.
This post offers a rare opportunity to work occupier side and will be based from their office in North West London, accessible from most areas in London & surrounding areas via Jubilee Line and Thameslink.
The successful applicant will be familiar L&T law, have at least 2 years commercial property management experience and be confident & client facing. You will also ideally be qualified (MRICS).
