We have been instructed by one of Britain’s Largest and most prestigious Property Investment and Development Companies on their ever-growing portfolio to hire a Commercial Property and Asset Manager in an autonomous role covering office, industrial, retail and residential assets; working on a national portfolio.
My client is a cash rich, family owned business who have shown year on year growth and are well placed to act strategically in today’s tricky but opportunistic economic climate.
Your role will see you working in a team of 4 (50 in wider team), reporting into the Head of Commercial Management responsible for your own portfolio in a strategic role covering a mixture of day to day management, surrenders, alterations, rent reviews, lease renewals, lettings and rent collection. You will be expected to inspect properties, collect rent, draft service charge budgets and negotiate lettings while dealing with tenants and advising on asset enhancing strategies for the portfolio.
This post offers a rare opportunity to work occupier side and will be based from their office in North West London, accessible from most areas in London courtesy of the Northern Line. They are actually moving to new, modern offices close-by in the near future.
The successful applicant will be familiar L&T law, have at least 2 years commercial property management experience and be confident & client facing. You will also need to be MRICS qualified.
