Our client, a boutique hotel owner-operator, have an impressive portfolio of property across London. They have committed to a number of new sites in Central London and are looking to recruit an additional Project Manager to assist in leading these.
Working alongside the head of project management, you will be responsible for delivering schemes from inception to completion whilst overseeing and managing the external consultant and contractor team to ensure successful delivery.

Project Management from inception to completion
Manage external consultant and contractor
Budgeting, monitoring and updating financial forecasts and cash flows on projects
Support the senior leadership team
Project Management experience (new build and refurb) gained in a project consultancy or developer
Hospitality / hotel experience is preferable
Experience of delivering projects on site
Degree Qualified in a property related discipline
Lateral thinker and problem solver
