My client is a leader in the Commercial Real Estate services sector. They currently have an opportunity for an Assistant Building Manager to assist the Building Manager in managing an interesting commercial property. This is an excellent opportunity to develop advanced skills in client and tenant liaison and develop your career in Building Management, within a highly established business.
The successful candidate will manage a a commercial building which sits within a campus of similar assets and house some of the most high-profile clients in retail. The role initially will involve the management of one building, before taking responsibility for a second building within the portfolio. The building consists of business head-quarters, offices and retail space.
You will need to be highly competent and experienced in managing clients and tenants, especially in sensitive situations. The role will involve service charge and budgeting, Health & Safety, contractor management and conducting monthly audits and reports.
