Position: Aftercare Coordinator Salary: £26-30k Location: South East London Sector: Residential Development

I am looking for Customer Service Coordinator to work within the aftercare department of one of the South East’s leading property developers.
Provide excellent customer service through professional, prompt and friendly telephone support in response to defects or queries raised by customers.
Resolve defects or queries by investigating matters raised, liaising with sub-contractors, main contractors and / or the aftercare manager until a resolution is delivered to the customer’s satisfaction.
Record reported warranty defects and each interaction with the customer, external and internal parties such as contractor, surveyors, insurance inspectors whether by telephone, letter, fax, email, in person or through sub-contractors onto Sales Force.
Prioritise, plan and make diary appointments for aftercare operatives and bookings for aftercare managers and sub-contractors in order to deliver a prompt and effective resolution of any defects
Provide accurate and timely correspondence by phone, email or in person to each customer enquiry, ensuring a professional, engaging and proactive style is demonstrated.
Keep accurate written records of any discussion or actions taken resolve defects or issues raised.
Plan and produce suitable and accurate work schedules and allocate to Aftercare Manager, Aftercare Operatives, Main
Contractor and sub-contractors updating files as required.
Order necessary materials and ensure delivery and availability in good time to allow for works to take place as planned, advising customer, internal and external parties should work schedules need to be rearranged.
Produce reports using database as required.
Provide general administrative support to Quality & Aftercare Managers including correspondence and general customer communication.
Follow up on customer feedback received via customer surveys in close co-operation with Customer Service Managers and Aftercare Managers.
Strive to achieve gains in ‘Customer Satisfaction’ and ‘Recommend’ ratings as reported by In- House Research during quarterly presentations.
Support the department with any other day to day office administration to assist the smooth running of the department such as type up invoices, inspection reports and internal correspondence as necessary.
