Our Leadership Service

We expertly design and deliver bespoke psychometric assessments to assist in a business’s recruitment process and employee development. These individual and specific leadership projects consist of: 360 questionnaires, personality questionnaires against organisational competencies, reasoning tests, executive scenario tests and case study design. After creating supporting documents, we collaborate with organisations to train staff through role play scenarios which includes providing professional actors to assist.
