Corporate Social Responsibility
We at Blayze Group take our Corporate Social Responsibility seriously and we want to leave things better than we found them; we believe more than ever what’s good for the world is good for business.
We’re firm believers that all people can reach their potential when they’re inspired and given the right opportunity. Without a fixed address, it’s difficult to get a bank account. Without a bank account, it’s difficult to get a job. Through partnering with LandAid (the Property industry charity that works to end youth homelessness in the UK), we help people to get out of this situation.
We encourage our people to be ambassadors of LandAid and promote the cause. From taking part in Coffee Mornings to hosting our own annual Property Five-a-Side Tournament, where all profits are donated to LandAid – we’re constantly on the look-out for like-minded individuals who will join us and uphold these values across our business.

Looking After Our Employees
We want to take full responsibility for the impact of our business on society and the environment, and as such we’re doing our bit to reduce the impact of client change.
From ensuring that all our offices have modern, energy-saving lighting and heating to subscriptions to Fruitful, a weekly fruit delivery service which not only promotes welfare, but it also means each week one fruit tree is planted in Africa. Likewise, our Cycle to Work Scheme encourages everyone to take the more energetic, environmental commute to work.
Being responsible means that we also look to prioritise the wellbeing of our people; We are committed to your mental health and wellbeing, and we view it as a vital part of looking after our employees. myWellbeing provides a 24/7 confidential advice and counselling service helpline. Whether you’re feeling that life is getting a little on top of you, feeling stressed or anxious, if you have hit a spot of legal or financial trouble, mourning the loss of a loved one, or if you simply feel that speaking to a professional would help, you don’t have to battle alone.
We are also aware of our responsibility for the Property and Construction industry as a whole: Blayze Group’s representation on the National Association for Women in Construction provides support in ambassadorship for careers in construction across schools in the UK.
