Successful graduates of the 2017 Berkeley Group Customer Service Academy will go on to become Customer Service Managers providing a World Class level of service, support and guidance to Berkeley Group's customers in London and the South East.
Although no previous property industry experience is necessary, candidates must have the right attitude and personality and be passionate and focused on wanting to deliver a first class customer experience.
