This is one of our newest service areas. Working with post placement candidates and also established staff, we provide advice and support services, normally on a retained basis, covering a wide variety of topics. This service helps them with any problems or objectives they may have in their role.

Our mentoring services have worked well on either a structured or adhoc basis. In some cases a successful candidate has wished to retain our services so that they can gain a second opinion on their cultural growth in the company during their first few months in a new position. We have also mentored manager and senior level staff, helping them to achieve a certain objective of promotion by creating a plan of goals and targets which they need to achieve.

Whatever the requirement, our basic aim is to enhance our individual clients aspirations, enabling them to build strong links between themselves and their employers. We promote coaching and mentoring to enable individuals to achieve their full potential. We facilitate the exploration of needs, motivations, skills and thought processes to assist the individual in making real, lasting change in their position; and we help set appropriate goals and methods of assessing progress in relation to these goals
