Customer Service Manager

£40,000 - £45,000

Reporting into the Head of Customer Services, the Customer Service Manager will be responsible for ensuring that customer service levels are at the forefront of your working day, managing the customers and their journey during out two year initial warranty period and beyond.
  • Ensure company procedures for the Customer Demonstration (inspection), Handover and 'Five-Day Call-Back' are adhered to.
  • Management of Maintenance Operatives and a wider Customer Service Team.
  • Liaison with and management of NHBC standards and complaints.
  • Ensure any enquiries or items reported, by customers, are completed within company timeframes.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction levels are maintained and improved.
  • Meet and agree with customers (where required) any remedial or other works that may be required.
  • Ensure that Oracle (EPIC) Customer Services database is utlitised fully within the Customer Service Department.
  • Ensure compliance with all Health&Safety requirements.
