Overview:

A unique opportunity to not only work in, but help create some of London's coolest offices has just arisen. My client are an innovator in the shared workspace arena and after acquiring two new sites in key London hotspots, they are looking for a design aware Project Manager to lead the £10m fit-out of both sites. Reporting in to the owner and leading a team of 3, you will be responsible for overseeing the process from design stage through to completion. With future plans to expand further on an international stage, this is an opportune moment to join this growing business in a key role.

The Role:

In this client side Project Management role, you will be working with the owner to outline and scope the commercial business case for new venues. You will be tasked with managing the delivery of all projects, ensuring delivery is completed on budget and on time.

Typical responsibilities may include:

  • Ensure the management, development and rollout of new projects
  • Manage architects and project teams
  • Manage all new programme budgets
  • Manage external third party suppliers; leasing agents, architects, construction managers, QS etc
  • Manage the coordination of internal teams to support each stage of the rollout
  • Support the senior leadership team to develop processes to enable effective long term grow

Essential Requirements:

  • Project/Programme Management experience in the commercial property sector
  • Appreciation for design
  • Open-minded and flexible in approach
  • Lateral thinker and problem solver
  • The ability to produce detailed project timing plans and budget reports

Preferred Qualifications/Experience:

  • MRICS or PRINCE2
  • Experience of managing a team
  • Programme management experience

Compensation and Benefits:
