Senior Building Surveyor: Client Side - High-End Residential

Work with this client side organisation on some iconic properties in London's golden post codes

My client is a well-established client side Property organisation who buy and develop private high end residential properties in London's golden post codes. Owning and managing a portfolio of more than 1,200 flats and houses worth in excess of £1.5 billion.

This reputable company are now looking to appoint a Senior Building Surveyor to work in their management and surveying team in their super high-end Central London offices, reporting into the Development Director.

There is a great team vibe, having a private box in the o2 for events, going for team drinks and lunches on a regular basis.

The successful Senior Building Surveyor will be responsible to plan, manage and implement the delivery of a range of projects focused on either infrastructure improvements or aimed at conservation and repair buildings and landscapes.


  • Work closely with the Property & Development Management team also including the lettings and sales teams on a day to day basis
  • Manage S20 tenant notifications
  • Advise on FTT actions and assist on all construction and technical matters
  • Responsible for all aspects of minor projects, from inception to completion
  • Response to ad-hoc enquiries


  • Degree qualified in Building Surveying or equivalent
  • 7 - 10 years' experience in Building Surveying on large scale asset management, landlord and tenant matters
  • Strong knowledge of landlord and tenant law
  • Experience of managing high quality and trophy assets.
  • Technically strong with a reactive attitude
