Transportation and Infrastructure markets in the UK are fast growing within the UK Economic cycle. It is a multibillion pound sector as is evident from the commitment to HS2, Heathrow Airport expansion, and Manchester Airport City.

These projects involve wider interaction with property developers, Investment vehicles, and political stakeholders, offering an experienced Planner a huge opportunity to influence real change UK wide.

Our Client has an exceptional reputation within the planning Industry however their workload in the Aviation and the broader Infrastructure market is increasing fast.

They have some excellent existing clients with new businesses continuely choosing them to be their trusted advisor because of their sort after expertise.

With this is mind they are looking for a number of town planners varying from Senior Planner up to Associate Director level to join their busy team.

You will ideally have a minimum of 4 yrs experience working as a Planner with some experience of working on Airport and/or related Infrastructure projects. Knowledge of the planning and related issues to such schemes is advantageous, and a technical knowledge of national airport policy, environmental issues and masterplans would be idea.

Experience of developing and nurturing client relationships, and an ability to present and conduct meetings with clients is a must.

You will be an RTPI or RICS (P&D) member in order to be considered for this role.
