Project Management (Hospitality Development) - Sports, Leisure & Hospitality

Blayze Group are currently representing a juggernaut in the global construction market as they seek a Project Manager to join their Buckinghamshire based team. This company needs no introduction as they boast one of the most desirable client bases in the market and are working on some of the highest profile schemes in the sports, leisure and hospitality industries currently.

With premiership football clubs, hotel developers and large entertainment venues just some of the clients they service, this is a truly unique opportunity to work in a hybrid Project Management role. You will be responsible for supporting the Equity Partner, providing a range of Technical and Management Consultancy advice on assignments related to Sports Stadia, Hotel, Community Leisure and Entertainment.

  • Support the Equity Partner, providing a range of technical advice
  • Delivery of stadia, high-end hotels and entertainment venues
  • Deliver projects from inception to completion or within the various stages of the project
  • Undertake contract administration/managing contracts, develop, monitor and control the budgets for each project
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders/clients throughout all stages of the project
  • Managing clients at football teams/hotel developers/sports stadia etc

Basic Requirements:

  • Degree in a property or construction related discipline
  • Interested in sports, leisure and hospitality
  • Ability to hit the ground running
  • Project Management or Quantity Surveying experience
  • Strong client relationship skills
  • Strong computer skills

Preferred Requirements:

  • Consultancy experience
  • Sports, hotel or leisure experience
  • Knowledge of investment/development
