Congratulations to the latest graduates from the Berkeley Group Customer Service Academy!

Eleven graduates emerged from a recruitment process that started with over 500 applicants, so the successful candidates really are the best of the best. Following an intensive six week programme including site visits, meetings with Berkeley Group customer service teams and tailored situational training, the successful candidates will now be deployed to Berkeley Group operating companies across London and the South East.

Berkeley Group is the UK's leading residential property developer and is selling new homes on over 60 sites through its premium brands Berkeley Homes, St. George, St. James and St. Edward.

The Customer Service Academy graduates will help to ensure that the customer experience at Berkeley Group is second to none - from the exchange of contracts through to occupation and beyond.
